Refund & Exchange Policy – SPATIKAM by Pranoti
At SPATIKAM by Pranoti, we offer thoughtfully curated, high-vibrational crystals and handmade spiritual products. Each item is energy-cleansed, unique, and handcrafted with intention. Due to the intrinsic nature of these spiritual products, we kindly request our patrons to carefully review our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy before placing an order.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
- If the product is damaged during transit
- If you have received an incorrect item
📝 Mandatory Requirement:
To process any return or exchange, customers must provide an unedited, clear unboxing video from the moment the parcel is opened. This helps us assess the issue accurately and fairly. Requests without video proof cannot be entertained.
Return/Exchange Request Timeline
- All requests must be made within 7 daysof receiving the order.
- Products must be returned unused, untampered, and in original packagingalong with any certificates or tags (if applicable).
Non-Returnable Categories
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following, unless the item was damaged or wrongly delivered:
- Customised jewelry (rings, bracelets, pendants made to size or birth details)
- Bead bracelets & crystal trees
- Rakhis
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final saleor discounted
- Products received correctly as ordered
Due to the energy-sensitive and delicate nature of our offerings, returns are not permitted for reasons like:
- Change of mind
- Minor packaging flaws
- Slight color or size variations (images may differ due to screen resolution or lighting)
Refunds
If your return/exchange is approved:
- The refund will be processed to the original mode of payment onlywithin 7–12 working days.
- For Cash on Deliveryorders, we require your bank details along with a valid ID (for orders above ₹2,00,000 PAN details are mandatory).
- Refunds cannotbe initiated to any account other than the original source.
🔔 Note:
- Shipping charges, VAT, or duties (if any) are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We do not offer reverse pickup services.
Exchange (If Applicable)
Exchanges will be approved only for the same item if it is defective upon arrival. You must raise a request via email within 7 days of delivery. Once approved, the item must be shipped to the following address:

International Orders
For international deliveries:
- Refunds (if approved) are processed within 40–45 working days.
- All custom duties, VAT, or clearance chargesare the customer’s responsibility.
- If international shipments are refused or returned, such charges will be deducted from the refund.
- You must declare accurate product and price details while shipping returns to comply with customs laws.
Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled as we begin energy cleansing and packing immediately with your personal details in mind.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account or payment source.
- Contact your bank or card issuer – processing delays are common.

Gifts
If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit upon return approval. If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued only to the original buyer.
